Greetings! I’m Chinedu Orabuchi, founder of One Beat Fitness. Since I can remember I’ve always had a passion for sports and working out. I enjoy running, football, basketball, track & field, and just about any competitive sport. In 2011, I began the journey of personal training where I developed a strong passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

When you observe the human body you see that it has many members such as the hands, arms, stomach, legs, and the heart which is the center of it all. These members work together in unison for the betterment of the body. To make it stronger, faster, and more efficient. No matter how big or small, every member of the body is valuable. #oneheartonebeat
